In order to add the Personalization feature to your products, please start by making sure your GearLaunch app is up to date. This is a one time step and will ensure Personalization will work correctly for your shop.
Scroll to the bottom of this section and click on Update.
NOTE: Use the "Click Here" option for more information on how to back up your theme before updating.
Next create a new Product within the GearLaunch Product section. Choose the item, set a price, pick colors, and upload your artwork. You will then see a button below your design area which gives the option to "Convert to a Personalizable Campaign". Click!
Select your font from the dropdown list, choose a color for the text, and enter your default text. The default text is what your customers will see, prompting them to enter their own personalized text.
Some suggestions: "Your name here", "Enter text here", or "Personalize this text"
Resize and move the text box to fit the appropriate area of your design. Note: If the text box covers your design, that part of the design will not be seen/printed.
On the product page, your customers will see a "Personalize and Add" button. Before personalizing, they will need to choose their product type, size, and color.
The "Personalize and Add" button will bring up a new pop-up window to add the personalized text. Once the text is entered, they can click "Add to Cart".
